How does fixed pricing work — what if the scope changes?▼
Every package has a written scope. If you need something outside that scope, we price the change separately and you approve it before we build it. You are never invoiced for work you did not agree to.
Can I actually buy a software project online, without a call?▼
Yes. Choose your service and tier, add to cart, and complete the Stripe checkout. We send a confirmation and contact you to kick off the project. No sales call required.
Is Webcraft Labs registered in France?▼
Yes. Webcraft Labs is a French-registered company (Argenteuil, 95100). Our SIREN and VAT numbers appear on every invoice and on our Legal Notice page.
What is your refund policy?▼
If work has not started, you receive a full refund. Once work has begun, we refund the portion not yet delivered. Full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
