Pricing & Packages
How does your fixed pricing work?▼
Each service has 2–3 tiers with a published scope and price. You add the tier to cart, pay via Stripe, and we confirm scope within 24 hours. No surprises, no negotiation.
Do prices include VAT?▼
All displayed prices are exclusive of VAT. French VAT (20%) is added on the invoice for clients based in France. EU B2B clients can provide their VAT number for reverse-charge invoicing.
Can I choose an Enterprise tier?▼
Enterprise tiers have custom scope and are priced on request. Contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote within 2 business days.
Can my French project qualify for the Crédit Impôt Innovation?▼
Qualifying software development may be eligible for the CII, reducing your net investment by up to 30%. We provide the technical documentation your accountant needs. Eligibility is determined by your accountant and tax authority.
Are there any recurring fees beyond the monthly packages?▼
No, unless you choose a monthly package (Cloud or Maintenance). One-time projects are invoiced once. Third-party hosting, tool, or licence costs you will incur are yours to bear, but we specify them in the scope.
Process & Delivery
How long does a typical project take?▼
Timelines depend on the tier. A Starter website is typically delivered in 4 weeks. A Pro tier takes 8–10 weeks. Timelines are confirmed in writing at project kick-off.
Can I buy online without a discovery call?▼
Yes. Choose your service and tier, add to cart, pay via Stripe. We contact you to kick off the project. No sales call required.
What if I need changes mid-project?▼
Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately and approved before they are built. Your initial budget is capped at purchase — you are never invoiced for work you did not agree to.
Who owns the code and designs after delivery?▼
You own everything. Source code, design files, and all deliverables are transferred to you on delivery. We retain the right to mention the project in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.
Legal & Compliance
Is Webcraft Labs a registered French company?▼
Yes. Webcraft Labs is registered in Argenteuil, 95100, France. Our SIREN (912 345 678) and VAT number (FR 61 912345678) appear on every invoice and on our Legal Notice page.
Under what law do you operate?▼
Webcraft Labs operates under French commercial law. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Nanterre, France.
How do you handle my personal data (GDPR)?▼
We collect only data necessary for project delivery and invoicing. We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics is optional and requires your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Checkout & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA bank transfer — all processed securely by Stripe. No card details are stored on our servers.
What is your refund policy?▼
If work has not started, you receive a full refund. Once work has begun, we refund the portion not yet delivered. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel a monthly package?▼
Yes. Monthly packages (Cloud and Maintenance) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. You will be billed for the current month only.
