1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders for services placed with Webcraft Labs through webcraft-labs.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services and packages

Webcraft Labs offers eight service categories, each with multiple tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). The scope of each tier is described on the relevant service page and constitutes the contractual specification.

3. Order and contract formation

The contract is formed when:

  1. You place an order and complete payment via Stripe; and
  2. Webcraft Labs sends a written order confirmation.

Webcraft Labs reserves the right to decline any order that is unsuitable for the selected package. In that case a full refund is issued.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in euros (EUR) exclusive of VAT.
  • French VAT (20%) is applied on invoices for clients based in France.
  • EU B2B clients may provide a VAT number for reverse-charge treatment.
  • Payment is due at the time of order via Stripe. Monthly packages are billed monthly.

5. Delivery and timelines

Indicative timelines are published on each service page. The contractual timeline is confirmed in writing at project kick-off (Discover phase). Timelines are suspended by client-side delays (content provision, sign-off, etc.).

6. Scope changes

Any change to the project specification requires a separate written quote, approved by the client before implementation. Webcraft Labs does not build out-of-scope work without written client approval.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client owns all intellectual property rights in the deliverables (source code, design files, documentation). Webcraft Labs retains the right to reference the project as a portfolio example unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Warranty and corrections

Webcraft Labs warrants that deliverables conform to the agreed specification. Defects identified within 30 days of delivery and attributable to non-conformity with the specification will be corrected at no additional charge.

9. Limitation of liability

Webcraft Labs' liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant package. Webcraft Labs is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of business.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nanterre, France.
